Bank transfer is a simple and fee-free payment method. To receive your order, you must first pay the amount due into XERIDIER’s account. Once your transfer has been recorded, we will ship your order as quickly as possible. To make the transfer, please find our bank details below:

Don't forget to indicate the order number in the reason for the transfer .

An automatic email will be sent to you after validation of your order if you have chosen the payment method by bank transfer. This email contains all the information necessary to make the bank transfer.

Once your transfer has been made, you can allow a delay of 2 or 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before validation of your order. Your order will be prepared only after validation of the transfer by our accounting department.
You will receive an email upon receipt and validation of your order. In the meantime, your order will remain in "pending" status.

Please note that we only accept SEPA transfers (in euros).

Can I change the selected payment method after confirming my order?
For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to change the payment method selected after confirming your order. If you wish to change your payment method, cancel your order and start the ordering process again from the beginning on our online store.
