To carry out this withdrawal, simply make the request by email to contact@xerider.com, mentioning your customer number and invoice or order number.
Delivery methods
Free UPS delivery in 24/48 hours with package tracking.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the Customer when placing their order. It is mainly carried out by UPS. XERIDER reminds the customer that he is required to ensure that he has mentioned all the information useful for the delivery of his order. Delivery can only take place once the order has been validated and payment has been made in full. The choice of mode of transport will be up to XERIDER depending on the weight and/or volume of the products.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code (Law No. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014 relating to consumption, known as the “Hamon law”), you have a withdrawal period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of their order to return any item that does not suit them. The buyer may request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs which remain the responsibility of the buyer. In other words, cancellation of the sale implies cancellation of any “free shipping” offer. See the T&Cs for the procedure to follow.
Return method
If the product is still under warranty and has a defect that requires the product to be returned to the Xerider workshop, all return shipping costs will be covered by Xerider. Xerider will provide you with a UPS voucher to stick on the package. However, it is extremely rare to have to repatriate a machine. Xerider products are very reliable.
