The E-FLEX electric scooter and all electric mobility products sold on the Xerider.com website are guaranteed for a period of 2 years , parts and labor, from the invoice date.
It goes without saying that Xerider only offers products that comply with current French legislation. We do everything to ensure that your electric vehicle brings you complete satisfaction.
Products presenting a defect covered by the warranty will be repaired or exchanged .
The battery, the controller and the display are elements whose warranty cannot exceed a period of 1 year.
Consumables and wearing parts (bulbs, fuses, tires, inner tubes, discs) are never covered by the guarantees.
We provide after-sales service in our workshop or in that of our distribution partners.
In the event of a purchase on the website www.xerider.com, in the event of a breakdown, please contact our after-sales service by email or telephone so that we can send you a return slip, or contact a partner distributor near you who may be able to carry out repairs.
