Your satisfaction is our priority and you have the right to change your mind after purchasing your product:
- You have 14 clear days from receipt of your product to inform us of your right of withdrawal .
- You have 1 to 4 additional days to return the product to us, the transport of which will remain your responsibility.
The product must obviously be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
The costs of returning the goods by carrier to XERIDER remain your responsibility.
To carry out this withdrawal, simply make the request by email to contact@xerider.com , mentioning your customer number and invoice or order number.
We will therefore launch the procedure for exchanging or refunding your product as soon as possible upon receipt of it. See detailed conditions in the general conditions of sale.
